The One to One sessions are personalised. You can choose recipes from the list provided or can come up with your own list. You can learn how to incorporate your five a day in your cooking, find out about bulk cooking, freezing and much more. You can chose ingredients you like and cook in a space that you are comfortable in.
Support to shop for ingredients before the cooking sessions are provided. Sessions will be once a week and last for up to four weeks. Please be aware that you have to pay for the ingredients for these sessions.
Access to the one to one sessions is by referral only. Referrals can be made by a GP or a mental health professional. Referrals would be made using a referral form. This form should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a completed risk assessment form for the client. Both these forms can be downloaded from this website.
